We do not offer returns and refund. We only provide exchanges for defects during delivery or in the product.

Exchange Request to be made within 3 days of delivery and only once.

Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may result in your chosen product being unavailable; our team will contact you to offer an alternative in such cases.
- The exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 days from dispatch.
- The product opening video is compulsory for any exchange request.

Exchange is charged at ₹150/-, which will be borne by the customer.

In case of any damaged/ defective, or missing products in your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details via email/WhatsApp. Further steps for replacement will be communicated.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. There may be minor variations.

The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
