Refund policy

  • We do not offer returns and refund. We only provide exchanges for defects during delivery or in the product.

  • Exchange Request to be made within 3 days of delivery and only once.

  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may result in your chosen product being unavailable; our team will contact you to offer an alternative in such cases. 

  • The exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 days from dispatch.
  • The product opening video is compulsory for any exchange request.
  • Exchange is charged at ₹150/-, which will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective, or missing products in your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details via email/WhatsApp. Further steps for replacement will be communicated.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. There may be minor variations.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
