What is your shipping timeline?
Our shipping timelines depend on the products you order.
All clothing items typically take 3 to 5 working days to be processed and shipped. The exact timeline may vary by product.
The delivery will be done within 8-10 days, depending on your location
Working days are Monday to Saturday; weekends are not included in the shipping timeline.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
Important: Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with. We will not be responsible for any such deliveries.
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange items within India. The charge of ₹150/- will be borne by the customer.
However, some locations may not be serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases, you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
Where can I find my tracking details?
You will receive an email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are your shipping charges?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
